Great time at the park

Has been long never bring the kids to Youth Park, and last Saturday we make a trip to the park in the morning. When i told the kids about the plan, initially not much excitement from their face because they thought we are going to the park nearby our house, however, as soon as i told them that we are going to Youth Park, both of them jump up and cheers.

It's a sunny Saturday morning, we wake up pretty early, around 8:30am, and we reached the park around 930am. And it's still quite crowded. We parked the car near the badminton court so i decided to give a try, bring the kids hike a bit ....

The excited boy act like tour guide, walk in front of usLittle girl also very excited until a passby aunty told us not to let the kid walk alone as the money may attack them. So, the girl starts to show her uneasy lookWe came down to the playground from the other exit and the kids face immediately turn to happy face, no more worry in monkey's attack. Kaitlyn finally able to slide without much fear, but she still choose those not so steep slide.Her all time favorite. Rocking front, rocking back...rocking all the wayKelvin loves climbing activities but he still have fear and want us to standby behind him, in case he lost balance. Well, of course, we also dare not let him do the climbing all by himself. And now...i can swing...swing low...swing high.....yohoo!

The last activities that we had before heading home is.......kicking ball!!!! Both kids enjoying chasing after the ball. I am so happy seeing the kids enjoying themselves so much!

Day trip to Taiping Zoo

This is the first time both kids being exposed to animals up close and personal. All the while, they only get to see the animals either from the book or TV, so finally, me and hubb decided to bring them to zoo. I told Kelvin about the plan few days ago, and on the night before, i guess he gets to excited and can't sleep well throughout the night. He wakes up middle of the night telling me he can't continue to sleep, duh...! Lesson learn, do not share the plan with the kids, let them have the last minutes surprise, else we ourselves will get back many many unexpected surprise from them.

On the day, Kelvin wakes me up real early and keep telling me that we are going to zoo and ask me to get myself ready. The lazy me still laze around and only get myself prepared around 9:30am. We let Kaitlyn to take a morning short nap so that she wont's get cranky while we are on our way to the zoo. By the way, we do invite my parents to go along and my dad actually is our driver of the day :) Kaitlyn wake up from her short morning nap around 10:00am, and we left the house around 10:30am. This is how we keep the both kids occupy in the car.
Few days before the trip, the grandpa purposely fix the "in-car" TV for the grandson. Thumbs-up for ah kong. So Kelvin being occupied by the "in-car" entertainment through out the journey. **daddy is so lucky as he gets to enjoy the entertainment with Kelvin** As for Kaitlyn..what did we do?? We prepared books, toys and food for her. LOL! She will ask me to read book for her, and play a while with the toy, then the rest of the time, she will eat. I brought along guava and she just loves it so much. Like mother like daughter, coz i love guava very very much!
After around 1hr's journey, Kelvin get a bit bored and keep asking when we will reach the zoo. And luckily by the time he asked, we are already at Kamunting area. We dropped by one of the coffee shop nearby the zoo for quick lunch. However, when we were on our way to get into the car, GOD started to wash his dirty laundries....,,few drops of rain fall onto me and as soon as we get nearer to the Zoo entrance, the rain gets heavier and heavier. However, this doesn't kill the kids excitement, Kelvin still very excited.

We gotta go into the Zoo with umbrellas, and our first pit stop is at the tram station. Even it's raining, but the weather still very hot. Before we start to walk around in the zoo, we already sweat like no body's business. As it's raining so it's not so convenient to walk around in the zoo with 2 kids. We waited for about 10 minutes for the tram. While waiting for the tram, the filial grandpa keep entertaining the little princess of mine to keep her happy. As for Kelvin, he is anxiously waiting for the tram.The zoo is so much bigger than what i expect. I've been to Taiping Zoo when i was kid, and my impression about the zoo is nothing much to see. But i am wrong. And thank goodness we made the decision to go round the zoo in tram.

Look at Kelvin, he's so happy and excited. Look at Kaitlyn, she looks tired and confuse, LOL!
On the night before, Kelvin asked me whether will he see leopard, lion in the zoo, i'm a bit skeptical, so i told him, i don't so. But i am wrong! We do see leopard and lion the Taiping Zoo besides seeing tiger, orang utan, deer, tapir, elephant, crocodile, giraffe, kangaroo, rhinoceros, peacocks, hippopotamus and etc. Kelvin very excited seeing all the animals even though it's almost his nap time as for Kaitlyn she's real tired as it's way pass her usual nap time.

When we finished touring the entire zoo in the tram , rain stopped, thus we decided to walk around with Kelvin to let him revisit the elephant meanwhile Kaitlyn preparing to have her sweet nap in her grandpa's arm. As soon as we reached the elephant area, we heard some loud thunderstorm and we quickly headed to the exit of the zoo to meet up with my parents. Yes, we did the correct decision because as soon as we reached the exit of the Zoo, heavy rain started.

On our way back to Penang, 2 kids take their sweet nap in the car...phew! Looking forward to more outing with the kids.

Evening walk at Church Street Pier

Daddy wanted to bring you to Church Street pier long long time ago but we never make it til yesterday, Saturday, finally, we made it!!!

It's the first time you get to see ferry and when we tell you it's ferry, you showed us the look like you have no idea what we are talking. But later, you told us "pheli ! pheli !" when you sees the ferry departing. And also you kinda excited seeing all cars moving up at the ramp, we told you, "Vin, see, those cares are going up the bridge!" and you then keep telling us "car up bich".

After a short walk, you spotted the buggy and want to drive it! Then later, we brought you to QEII whereby there is a big fountain at the entrance. You were so so so excited seeing the fountain! Daddy then bring you to see the yachts at closer look. You call it "big boat".

Mummy's tummy is making some noise, so it's time to make a move, however, you refused to leave the place. You walk and run around, so both daddy and mummy need to chase after you. After some running around, and finally, you agree to let daddy carry. Phew!!! So our next stop will be Hokkien Mee at Gudwara Road. We ordered Lor Mee and loh bak for ourselves, and the pan fried bean curd for you. You enjoy eating it very much!

And guess what, that's not end of the day's activity yet! On our way back, as soon as daddy turn into the road leading to our apt, you started to call out "uncle James" out..and no matter how hard mummy convince confuse talk to you, you still keep saying "uncle James", so we try our luck to drop by their house, and they are about to go out for dinner. So, end up, we went out with them to QBM. And since the mall is so crowded on Saturday night, so we dare not let you run around freely in the mall, and this make u become cranky as you don't get to walk and run around freely. While they are having their dinner at food court, daddy carry you to walk around while mummy enjoying my ambra asam juice. After everyone done with dinner, we walk around for a while then headed back to uncle James house. You insist to play for a while before go back to our home sweet home. Mummy super exhausted but you still energetic. Salute you!

Your FIRST D'Monte Family Day

Today is your FIRST D'Monte Family. Friday, on our way to see the Chinese physician, Ms Goh keep reminding mummy to bring you to Youth Park for the family day event.

In fact, you wake up pretty early on Sunday, however, daddy and mummy decided to laze for a while, so we only get up around 8am. Since daddy want to go for jogging before heading to Youth Park, so we accompany daddy to the park nearby our house. While daddy had his jogging, mummy accompany you playing the slide and swing at the park. The weather is quite cooling, so there is few kids playing at the playground. We played for a while until daddy come to join us. Then, we went back to pur apt for quick bath before going for breakfast then Youth Park.

We were struggling where to go for breakfast and mummy forgot that Ah Kong promised will buy us Lor Mee from Perak Road for this week breaskfast. Luckily Ah Kong called us before we headed for our breakfast. So we drop by Ah Kong' s place for breakfast then headed to Youth Park.

We reached Youth Park around 10:30am, and lots of people start to leave the place. Thank GOD, then we manage to get a nice parking spot pretty easy. The family day event is from 8:30am til 11am, so still have quite lots of kids at the event area. When mummy walked with you to the venue of the event, mummy keep looking for Ms Goh or Uncle James. Mummy saw Ms Goh and while mummy still looking for Uncle James, here come Uncle James waling towards us. You seems a bit confuse seeing so many people and you tend to stick to daddy, mummy, Ms Goh or uncle James. Daddy busy chit chat with uncle James, mummy and Ms Goh take care you. Thank goodness, i have Ms Goh helping me to carry you around.

There is a small pond whereby there is lots of fishes in it. It's part of the activities for the kids. Lots of kids "fishing" in the small pond, and you seems very interested with the fish! We decided to get you some fishes and you were so excited when mummy gave you 3 fishes in a plastic bag!

We stayed at Youth Park til end of the event, and you happily wave bye bye with Ms Goh and Uncle James. Not forgetting to give goodbye kiss to them!

When we get home, you showed your fishes to everyone excitedly. And when mummy ask you what you want to feed your fish, you point to your porridge, HAHAHA! Feeding porridge to your fish!

An evening at the park

It has been quite some time daddy and mummy didn't bring you out to the park. Today, daddy decided to resume his regular jogging, so mummy brought you along, so that i can have an excuse to look after you, and don't have to go for my jog. What a good excuse huh!

We reached the park nearby to our apt around 6:10pm. Gosh, there is so many people doing their evening exercise/jogging at the park. Since the sun still a bit hot, so mummy find a shaded place and brought you there. While walking toward the shaded area, you saw a big keke playing ball with his daddy, you stood there look at them, as soon as you see the ball fly in the sky, u will shout "baaaaaaaaaaaallllll". Then, mummy need to drag you to shaded place because the place you stand quite hot. Ok , mummy admit, i hate to stand under hot sun. At the saded place,you saw a younger boy, but you don't seems to have interest on him, i think mainly the little boy still learning to walk by himself, and you found it's not fun as he wont be able to chase after you.

Very soon, you see there is lots of elder jie jie and ke ke playing slides and swings, you run towards the playground. YES, u RUN!! Mummy was holding my camera behind you, i wanted to take the video of you running, and at the same time need to make sure u will not fall down. You being greeted by lots of jie jie at the playground. You even walked to them and shake hand with them! hahaha!

You saw 2 balls on the floor and you picked one up, pass it to one of the jie jie. Too bad, none of you are the owner of the balls. Very soon, the owner of the ball came near to you guys,he is about 5 yrs old look. He was very reluctant to let you guys play with the ball, eventhough he is not playing with the ball at the moment. Luckily you don't have any problem return the ball to him, thank goodness.

After a while,daddy finished his 4 laps running, then we headed back to Ah Kong's house as we have dinner appointment with 2 second uncle and his family at Red Garden.

Beach again and My first Japanese dinner

This is a backdated post for our family outing on 3rd Feb.

Today, the weather quite nice, so daddy decided to bring me to the beach again. This is my second time to the beach and i started to enjoy playing at the beach. This time, i get to walk to the water, kick the water...It's so fun!

After playing at the beach at Penang Swimming Club, daddy and mummy decided to go for Japanese dinner. It's my first time trying on Japanese food. We went to Sumida Japanese Restaurant at Tanjong Tokong. **Mummy want to take my pic, let me do some funny face**Since it's my first trip there, so i have hard time to figure out what i want to order. So...i leave it to mummy to decide for me since daddy and mummy been there before. At last, we decided to go for a bento set and udon.
I ate some salmon from mummy's bento, some udon from daddy and also chawan mushi from mummy. Yummie...i love those food very much. I ate til my tummy very big. Daddy and mummy take their own sweet time eating their dinner, so since i eat too full and nothing better to do, so i decided to walk around.

And guess what. i found something it's so interesting in the restaurant. I don't know what it's call, but i do see such thing in our house and ah kong's house. I noticed that everytime when mummy or ah mah turn this stick, the blind will move up or down. However, no matter how i turn it, the blind seems not moving. Maybe i need to wait til i grow bigger then only able to do it. DUH! So so so dissapointed. So, i walked back and disturb daddy and mummy.

Then, daddy quickly finished his noddle and accompany me walking around in the restaurant. See, daddy so hurry til he doesn't wear his shoes properly. It's my turn to "teach" him how to wear the shoes properly.Finally, mummy done with her big bento set! Yes, mummy eat a lot! HAHA! Then, what's next? Back to our home sweet home to Zzzzzzzz...

Everytime when daddy want to unlock the car, Daddy will let me stand on the car. YEAH! I am taller than everyone!

Yummie yummie food!

Everytime after swimming at Penang Swimming Club, i will order the kid's spaghetti for Kelvin and he love is sooo much! So do i!!

Finally....you and your sandal

Whenever you walk, there will be blinking light and this really annoyed you. You will stop walking, sit down, took off the sandals and check on it. And guess what, instead of wearing it, you treat it as a toy! You will press on the sandals and see the blinking light.

Finally, one fine day,you decided to wear the sandals that mummy bought for you few months ago. Don't your toes feel cooler when you are wearing sandals?

It's party time!

Daddy,mummy and you being invited to Aunty Angeline's condo for post new year BBQ on 5th Jan,2008! You woke up from sleep around 6:00pm, after taking your bath, we headed to the party. As soon as we left Ah Kong's house, here comes the rain. Hey, we are going for BBQ party and it's raining. So mummy keep praying the rain will only take place at Minden Height area. Along the way, there seems to be no sign of raining....however, too early to feel happy.

We reached Aunty Angeline's condo around 7pm, and most of the guests arrived. They were on their way to the BBQ area. As soon as we reached the BBQ area, mummy feel that feel droplet dropped on us and very soon, here come the bigger and bigger drops! So what's next??!! The party still on!
Mummy, you, daddy, Aunty Angeline and Evan kor kor went back to the condo meanwhile uncle Ben still continue with the BBQ in the rain. Guess what??!! They BBQ with umbrella, too bad, no photos to share. Mummy and Aunty Angeline then put some of the food in oven, BBQ them in oven! yeah! Faster way of cooking the food ya!

You don't seems to feel shy when you reached the condo. You walked into the living room, and you spotted the big Christmas tree. Then you started to play with Evan koh koh' toys.You had fish porridge prepared by Aunty Angeline as well as some cod fish. You enjoy the food very much. Oh yeah, for the past few times, everytime we went to their condo, you sure will leave something behind, your poo! This time mummy thought we will break the practise, but then, after you had your dinner, you poo!!! So what's next?! Of course changing diaper for you! Aunty Angeline is kind enough to let us uses her bedroom. You slept on her bed and later you even walk in and out from the bedroom as if you are in your own house.

Around 9pm, you started to be cranky as it's almost your sleeping time, so we decided to make a move

Oh yeah, you received 2 gifts from aunty Angeline. One is biscuit and another one is a musical toy!

Let's go kai kai

I love kai kai-ing! Every weekend, i will make sure i wake up before daddy and mummy, then i will stretch myself first, then wake daddy and mummy up. Usually it takes quite sometime to wake both of them up, they like to laze around and i have to roll here roll there so that they will give up and wake up!

So, what we'll do after everyone wake up? Of course is, to bath me!!! I love playing with water. Mummy will prepare water in a medium size pail for me, she called it baby pool. Yes, it's a super small baby pool. I can only sit in it, can't swim around. Yet, i still love it. At the end of the bathing session, everyone will get wet, coz i will splash water with my hands, kick water with my legs! After that, daddy and mummy will take turn to take their shower.

What's next?!!! Of course is kai kai time!!! I will get myself ready, wait for daddy and mummy at living room. Do you see the little bag on my wrist? I put my small little tiny toy in the bag. I found the bag from mummy's drawer, and now i am the owner of the small bag.

Ok, bye for now, am going out with daddy and mummy for breakfast.

Ewww.........mummy i don't like the feel

We brought you to Penang Swimming club for swimming, and suddenly mummy had a wild idea, want to let you walk on the beach.


So....we brought you to the beach, let you stand on it, at first. it was ok. You quite excited as you saw lots of people playing by the beach. However, when mummy asked you to walk in the sand, you started to show discomfort look. I guess probably you feel hard to move in the sand. As the result, you stand there and ask us to carry you. So, daddy and mummy quickly grab the opportunity to take some pics with you by the beach. Mummy will not give up, will bring you to the beach more frequent and i am sure u will love it.

Cool baby

Ah Ku bought 2 pairs of sunglasses for you as part of your baby shower gift. Mummy kept the sunglass in your drawer until today we took it out and let you wear on it. Oh yeah, you did wear on it before...it was while you were doing your sunbathing during your first month. Can you recall that?

Shy boy?

Saturday night, we brought you to Uncle Dominic's house. We were suppose to be there at 8pm, but somehow, during that time, you were still in your dreamland, so daddy and mummy decided to let you wake up by yourself instead of us wake you up. You woke up around 8:40pm, off then we went to Uncle Dominic's house. It's raining outside, yet it still didn't stop us from going out as lots of uncles waiting for you at Uncle Dominic's house.

We reached Uncle Dom's house close to 9pm. Uncle KT was there with his daughter who's born the same day as you, few hours earlier than you. We went into uncle Dom's room to say hi to little Gabriel as little Gabriel is tired and going to Zzzzz...Daddy let you touches little Gabriel and after that, Mummy let you sit on the carpet and Uncle KT's daughter try to be friend with you, touched your face, and guess what?? You cry out loud. Hmm..unlike you, usually you will touch people back, and you were happily "chatting" with mummy along the way to Uncle Dom's house. So quickly mummy carry you and distract you with the lights, bla bla and you stopped crying.

Mummy took out the toy car that i brought along, and soon, you were back to the Happy Boy, playing your car, "vrrrommm vrrroommm" it around the house. And you even let Uncle Andy to carry you, and you "walk" to uncle KT and uncle Yip and touches them, doesn't seems to be shy at all...but how come you cry when uncle KT's daughter touched you? Hmm.....

We left uncle Dom's house around 10:10pm when both of you showing sleepy sign to us. Time to go back and ZzzzzzzZZZZzzz.. When back in the car, you are "chatting" non stop with mummy in your baby language. And as usual, mummy reply back, "yes yes, sweetie" ...

Happy Mooncake Festival!

Today is the 15th day of the eighth lunar month, and this is what we call Moon Cake Festival, to be more precise, it's Mid-Autumn Festival . Mooncakes are also known as ``reunion cakes'' as family members gather to partake of the sweet confectionery. While the adult busy enjoying the mooncake, children will gleefully carry lanterns of all shapes and sizes walk around the house.

On Sunday night, Ah Kong told mummy that there will be a small party at Penang Swimming Club, so daddy and mummy decided to bring oyu there to join the crowd. Anyhow, it's your FIRST time celebrating the mid-autumn festival. Excited???? haha! We quickly take our dinner, and off, we headed to PSC with Ah Kong. And of course, we bring along your Winnie the Pooh lantern.

When we reached there, it's around 7:40pm, the party started at 7:30pm. There is a small buffet line being set up right behind the children swimming pool. Mummy try to find something for you to eat, too bad, all of the food are very oily. Sooo...only daddy, mummy and Ah Kong get to eat the food.

Since there is also a lantern competition take place on the day, the organiser requested all children to hold on their lantern and walk around the swimming pool. When everyone start to walk around, mummy carry you while you hold on to your lantern and join the parade. And guess who we met? We met Vernon kor kor with his Doraemon lantern. While we were walking around the pool, you don't seems to get fascinated by all types of lantern, instead, you kept looking at people swimming in the pool. Hmm, you must be wondering how come these people still can play in water at night meanwhile you are not allow to do so? Or you are hinting to daddy and mummy that you want to play water?

After one round of walking around the pool, we are back to the buffet side. While waiting for prize giving, mummy went to do another round of survey on buffet line, to look for food for you.Taaa daaaaa...they bring out some newly fried food and yippie, mummy spotted few slices of tomatoes that used as decoration, so mummy get few slices for you to eat, else pity you, keep looking at our food. And you enjoy eating your tomatoe very much.

We went off around 9pm when you start showing sleepy look to us by keep rubbing your eyes. We decided to make a off before you become a cranky baby. I hope you enjoy the lantern party and by next year, you will be able to join in the crowd, walking with your lantern.

Outing @ Penang Swimming Club

Sunday, since it has been quite sometime we didn't go to Penang Swimming Club, thus, we decided to bring you along for short while.

We went to the library and mummy brought you to the children section, you were happily crawling around and make some noise, so mummy need to bring you out to look for daddy. However, we only manage to keep you quiet for 1 min, then you decided to clap hand, laugh and make some noise. Before the librarian chase us out, daddy and mummy quickly get whatever books and VCDs that we want, then off, we headed to the lobby outside Captain Deck restaurant. It's a windy day, so 3 of us get to enjoy the sea breeze "a bit"! Daddy let you sit on the sofa, but you decided to stand! You stand squad jump, bla bla, do all stunt! While mummy busy taking your pics, daddy need to support you from behind, just in case, you lost balance and fell backward. We rested there for a while, then daddy call it off for the day.

Suddenly.....

Mummy crave for hotdog! So mummy insisted to dropby the Captain Deck restaurant for hotdog! I ordered Hotdog for myself, and guess what you order? ice lemon tea (per the pic)..nah....you were pointing at the waiter as he walk pass our table. Mummy get hot water from the waitress and prepare your rice cereal for you as your tea break. While mummy enjoying my hotdog, daddy get the honor to feed you your tea break ~ rice cereal. But, mummy won't bully daddy, i feed daddy some hotdog too. So 3 of us enjoy ourselves very much ! We left PSC around 4pm as you started to show the sign of "I am tired, i need a nap!" I hope you have a great day at PSC!

Tea Break @ Tesco McD

Yes yes, surprise surprise! Mummy went to McDonalds!! Mummy is not fans of McD, but since i get the birthday voucher from company, so mummy and daddy decided to use it before we forget. So, on Friday afternoon, seeing you so bored at home, so we decided to bring you out. It's Public Holiday, our 50th Merdeka, every where will be jam terriblely. Initial plan is to go to Queensbay Mall, then daddy and mummy afraid of the bad jam, so we decided to go Tesco.

Well, we didn't make a wise choice, though. As daddy drove closer to the parking entrance, we saw there is a long queue waiting to get into the parking area, gosh.....since we were there, so we also join in the queue. Luckily, we manage to get a parking spot pretty fast. Then, we proceed to McD before we start our shopping in Tesco.

How we keep you entertain while we eating our burger? Smart daddy! He gets you few ketchup saucer and you seems very excited playing with it. Mummy and daddy get to enjoy our burger peacefully and happily! After that, you decided to disturb the che che sitting next to us, you roar at her for few times. Naughty boy!

When we went up to Tesco, gosh, it's so crowded. So, mummy decided to join the crowd and daddy get the honor job to carry you. We shop for about 30 mins and you showed us the tired look. Mummy quicly grab whatever needed and off, we headed back.

When we reached home, since you're tired, so you go to la la land pretty fast. By the way, this is your first time celebrating Merdeka ya!

Your Sunday event ~ What a beautiful Sunday!

Today, we are suppose to bring you to Tumble Tots for your babygym trial session, but we didn't make it.

Morning
You wake mummy and daddy up around 9am, no matter how hard we try, you refused to continue sleep...so end up, we give up! Daddy bring you to the garden behind our apt block for a walk while mummy quickly clean up myself (brush teeth, wash face, shower)

Later, we brought you to Uncle Austin's shop for hair cut. We were there early, so we went to Watson for a while. We waited for Uncle Austin for about 10 mins, and when you met his daughter, you greeted her with sweet smile when she showed you a small ball....Uncle Austin said you look so happy now and later you will scream when he cut your hair. Yes, he is right!! Mummy carry you and uncle Austin "cut" your hair, you scream scream and scream, poor thing. Actually we are suppose to bring you for hair cut few weeks ago, but mummy know for sure you will scream, so we kept postponing the plan until the day before, daddy saw you keep sweating, so no choice, gotta bring you for haircut. The hair cutting session only less than 5 mins, but to mummy, i felt it's 1 hr long. Seeing you scream and cry, i wish i can find a way to calm you down. I guess you don't like people touching you head and hold you tight.

After haircut, we headed back to our apt where you had a short nap before your baby gym class. While you were sleeping, daddy and mummy quickly had our brunch. While mummy came out from bathroom, i heard you crying. Daddy was in the room comforting you, but the moment you see me, you want me to carry you.

Afternoon
We left our apt around 12:45pm, mummy know that for sure we won't be on time for the class, but still try our luck. We managed to get parking spot pretty fast, but it was already 1:15pm. When we got down from the car, you clapped your hand happily and waving with daddy. So, guess what, we decided to shop in Queensbay Mall. We brought you to food department as daddy want to show you some veggies and fruits. Then, we proceed to Toys'R'us. At there, you had great time playing with some of the toys. After that, we stopped by Enfant shop, and mummy get you one set of pajamas. While daddy paying for the pajamas, suddenly you decided to make friend with the promoter. You touched the promoter's hand and you even let her touch you and at the same time, you gave her your sweetest cheeky smile. Then...oh no, mummy smell something, oh no, you poo poo! So we went to Jusco's baby room, and no choice, daddy gotta come in together with us as mummy alone won't able to change diaper for you.

After the change, oops, almost time for you to eat...luckily mummy brought along the Dumex rice cereal, and when you saw it, you asked for it and keep screaming.....daddy has to distract you with other thing while mummy preparing it for you. This is mummy's first time preparing it for you, so a bit clumsy. We were wondering where we should feed you the rice cereal, so we wonder around and ta daaaa, i spotted the chair right in front of the bakery, so we sat there and had your lunch. You finish the whole bowl, then we went to Ah Kong's house. You behave well in the mall and very excited and happy!

When we reached Ah Kong's house, Ah Kong just about to leave the house to the computer fair. He turned back and play with you for a while. You fall asleep pretty fast as you must be very tired as mummy sees you sleep sweetly in your cradle. You are such a sweet baby!

Sunday event

Dear baby,
You woke up around 8:30am on Saturday, so on Saturday night, mom suggest to daddy that we wake up earlier on Sundya morning and bring you to the garden for morning walk. And who knows! On Sunday, you only wake up at 11am. Must be you are too lazy to go for morning walk, Well well, you don't have to walk, daddy will carry you what! haha

So, daddy went to buy breakfast while mummy try to figure out how to shower you. We don't have any bath tub at home...so guess what, at last, we decided to bath you using the shower. Mummy hold on you while daddy showering you. You were pretty excited and very cooperate with us. You always get excited with new thing.

We left home around 12pm and you actually fall asleep on the way to the club.When we were in the club, mummy let you sit in your stroller and daddy push you. When mummy went into the lift, suddenly you cried. Seperation anxiety? should be. Poor thing, mummy wont leave you alone, mummy just want to go into the life to press on the open button so that the lift door wont close so fast. Daddy is behind you, pushing your stroller. Mummy and daddy wont leave you alone. Poor thing. When we assure you that we are with you, you stop crying and subsequently when we went into lift, you didn't cry. Good job, baby!

We decided to have lunch at the club and the waiter asked whether i need a high chair for you or not. I thought of try it out and i said "Yes, pls" . When we let you sit in the high chair, you were very excited. You always excited with new toy! Daddy afraid that you may slip down from the chair and he try to hold tight on you and you felt uneasy and keep on asking us to carry you. While daddy eating his fried rice, mummy hold on you as mummy's stuffed fish is not ready yet. When i feed you your milk, you refuse to take it, you want to hold the bottle yourself and you want mummy to put the bottle on the table and you take it from the table, as if you are eating like an adult. hahaha...so cute. After awhile, you feel tired and you start making noise and we know it's time for us to go back.

You grumble quite a lot when we try to put you back in the stroller. On the way back, you keep on rubbing your eyes and refuse to sleep. Finally, mummy put my face close to you and guess what, you close your eyes and sleep. wow!

When we reached Ah Kong's house, you cried as daddy has to carry you out from the car. You must be thinking that daddy disturn you sleeping. We quickly put you down on the bed and when Ah Kong came to say hello with you, you greeted him back with a sweet smile. You are so cute!

Yesterday, for the whole day, you look super cheerful.

At night, daddy dropped us back around 9:15pm and he quicly go out to meet friend. I managed to let you sleep but you wake up on and off, looking for daddy. Baby,you always want daddy and mummy to sleep beside you at night. If either of us doesn't sleep with you when you want to sleep, you will keep on waking up to look for either of us. Daddy came back around 11pm, and finally you sleep at around 11:30pm. At midnite, around 12:30pm, you wake up and cried badly, should be nightmare, poor thing. Luckily after a while, you manage to sleep sweetly.

Mummy's little boy

"waaaaahhhh", last night hen i finished expressing milk, i heard this noise. Geez, must be my little boy crying. Initially, mummy thought you had nightmare, but according to daddy, you misses my smell. Yes, the smelly mummy sneak out to express milk after i saw you sleeping soundly.

Started from Wed night, 28th Feb 2007, i noticed that you like to sleep facing mummy and sometime u will hold my pajamas.

Saturday night,you grumble since evening and none of us know what you want. Later, we suspect that you misses daddy since daddy gone out since 4pm.We tried to make you sleep but you sleep for a while, then wake up. Around 9:45pm, daddy called me and we want to go out to pick daddy up. since you are awake, we decided to bring you along. Mummy need to run here and there like mad, preparing your thing. Well, usually when i bring you out, i will have to prepare and double check on your thing. We need wet tissues, at least 1 pcs of diapers depend on how long we plan to stay outdoor, few pcs of nappy, ( for you to play and for me to cover your leg while you are in car, and for me to put on the kopitiam's table as you like to go near the table), clean shirt and pants (in case you wee on yourself), pacifier, teether, soft toys and last but not least, EBM!!!

When you see all of us busy running here and there and change you into pajamas, you quite excited and second aunt has to carry you to the car porch so that you will strop grumbling at us. hahaha! When we were in the car, you very excited..and finally, we reached Gurney Drive. When you see daddy, you stop grumbling and "aeroplane" over to him. Mummy used to say "aeroplane over" because when you want someone to carry you, you will lean over your body towards that person.

Then, we proceed to 3rd road for supper. Mummy took wan tan mee and guess what! You finish up close to 3.5oc of milk in kopitiam.

That night, you had a small nightmare. Luckily me and daddy able to calm you down.

3rd day CNY - first time to restaurant

Today, another challenge for all of us.
We are going out for dinner in Loon uncle's restaurant. We try to figure out how to put you while we are eating. I suggested to let you sit in high chair and put a pillow to support your back. But second aunt said better don't. So end up, i brought along your stroller.

Daddy wake you up around 6pm for shower before we go out. And you scream like mad as daddy wake up you from your sweet dream. Later, when daddy and ah ma dress you up after shower, you show us your happy face. Mummy and you sit at the last row in ah kong's car and when we reach the restaurant, you refuse to let daddy and ah ma carry you...hahaha....you are so cute. You turn your head away when they want to carry you. Uncle kah met you for the first time and you don't let him carry, but ecause you are too chubby and cute, he don't care you want or don't want, he carry you from ah kong. You let him carry for a while before u cry. haha!

Ah kong let you sit on his lap before the dishes come. When we started to eat, mummy let you play in your stroller and you sat and played by yourself for about 15 mins and you get bored. You started to make noise, end up ah kong gotta carry you while eating. Later big aunt carry you aunt and uncle Kah and daddy went out to look after you.

Later, mummy went out to carry you. On the way back, you make noise. You must be very tired. You behave very very well in the restaurant. Good job baby.

We are suppose to come back to our apt, however, you slept in your cradle and refuse to open your eyes no matter how hard i call you. Notty boy
