Dinner at Spice Market Cafe - Rasa Sayang Hotel

Daddy had worn the recognition award from his boss, and it's for 2 person dining at Rasa Sayang's spice market cafe. And since we have no where to go for this Saturday, so we decided to go for the seafood buffet dinner.

Friday night, mummy told you the plan and you are very excited, keeping telling us that you want to go hotel for dinner. So mummy need to keep telling you that we are going to hotel for dinner on tomorrow!

And on Saturday morning, mummy need to have angreement with you, which is,
You must take breaskfast
You must take afternoon nap

Then, you will get to follow us to the buffet dinner. Actually, if you do not do whatever mummy ask you to do, you will also get to follow us :) LOL!

So, on Saturday,
you took a lots of breakfast;
and you took a long nap, from 1:30 pm to 5pm!
Ah Kong was shocked seeing you sleep for so long, because usually your nap time is around 2 hrs. And i told ah Kong our agreement, LOL!

We leave Kaitlyn behind with Ah kong and Ah Ma as she is too young for long hour outing, and furthermore, she will feel sleepy around 7:30pm, if she follows us out, she wont be to able to get good sleep. No worry, very soon, we will be going out with Kaitlyn in few months time.

We arrived at the hotel at 7pm, and the we were being greeted by the friendly receptionist and she even offer to help mummy to carry your books as one of my hand, i gotta hold you, and the other of my hand, i need to carry your books and water tumbler. Where is daddy??? Daddy is busy checking at his new toy aka new car, making sure he parks his car properly bla bla bla. The reception lead us to Spice Market Cafe and we get a place at a corner.

Before being there, few friends told me there will be lots of food at the buffet counter, bla bla, but when i see it personally, hmm..nothing to shout about, food wise, yeah, got quality, but quantity wise, not much choices. Or could it be because Saturday is Seafood buffet night, so less choices of food? Well, i don't know. but one thing surprise me is, Spice Market Cafe is almost fully booked! Who say market is bad, duh!

I get some food for you before i started mine, so you enjoy being serve like a king. As soon as mummy spotted the shark fin soup, i quickly get one bowl for you, but too bad, you told me you don't like it. I guess could be the shark fin soup a bit too concentrated sticky and you don't like it. We eat and eat and eat, chat and chat and chat, take photo and take photo, and finally dessert time! You wallap 1.5 scoops of vanilla ice cream, and why 1.5 scoops? Coz you dropped the other 0.5 scoop on the floor coz you enjoy the ice cream cone more than the ice cream, and while you enjoy eating the cone, you dropped the ice cream on the floor, LOL!

Ooops, it's 9pm, time to make a move, as we need to pick up Kaitlyn from Ah Kong's house. We didn't straight shoot home, we walk around the hotel for a while, let the food digest a little bit before we start our way home. As usual, you run around and laugh out loud and happily at the hotel lobby. And there is one little girl at the hotel lobby and both of you were chasing each other happily and noisily at the hotel lobby. Luckily the receptions didn't ask us to leave the hotel, they keep looking at both of you with friendly smile.

Hmm....will we go for dinner there again in near future? **hint hint to daddy**
