Today is D’Monte family at Youth Park again. It's Kelvin's third time attending the family day and Kaitlyn's second time attending the family day. As usual, we wake up around 8am and laze on the bed for a while then only shower ourselves and the kids. While we are busy getting ourselves freshen up, we received a call from Uncle James asking for our help to drop by the school to pick up the balloon pump. As soon as we get everyone ready, we leave the house.
We reached Youth Park around 10am and we saw some student leaving the place.. Daddy drop us nearby the event and he went to find parking. It was so crowded. While mummy busy locating uncle James, Ms Goh appeared in front of us and thank god, I need a helper to handle 2 of you. Kelvin is a bit moody and for unknown reason, he glue to me and doesn’t want to move around. I guess could be……our fault, as me and hub keep telling him that he will get to play with jungle gym at youth park, and I noticed he keep looking high and low to look for jungle gym. Lesson learn, never tell the kid what he/she will expects up front, else u will dig your own hole, LOL!
We met some of the kids’ friends and let the kids mess up play among themselves, and my camera just decided to go on strike in the morning, so I am there in the event camera-less. DUH!! For this year, Kelvin doesn’t seems to enjoy much as compare to last year, but Kaitlyn enjoys herself very very much. She even stand there and pose to let other parents to take her pic, LOL! **I should have ask for modeling fee from whoever take her pic**
The event ended around 11am, and both kids don’t really want to leave the place, they still continue to run around at the big field nearby the event place. So what’s next? Time for brunch, we went to Yong Ping at town for dim sum then headed back for the kids’ nap.
