Day 1 in KL

We left the house around 6:00am in Ah Kong’s car. Ah Kong is the driver of the day!

We let you sat in your car seat and you quite excited and sit in the car seat nicely. Deep in my heart, I don’t feel excited when seeing you sit in your car seat without any protest. It’s just a matter of time u will shout and ask us to let you come out from the car seat. Since the sky is still dark, so there isn’t anything for you to see, and you asked for milk, mummy let you take your milk and you didn’t finish the entire 9oz of milk, you drank for about 3 oz then passed the bottle to me. Then you started to ask for help to get you out from the car seat.

We stopped by Sg Perak rest area as we know you will feel bored sitting in the car for so long….then after that we stopped by Ipoh for breakfast. After breakfast we continue our journey to KL. And when we were at Tapah rest area, mummy thought of getting myself a pack of guava, when you see me eating guava, you quickly ask from me. Mummy gave you one piece and you giggle and enjoy eating it. We stop by couple of rest area to let you refreshed until i lost count how many times we stopped.

Finally we reached hotel around 11:35am, after 5 hr 35 mins drive, consider good! Mummy and daddy proceed to do the check in and we asked for link room. To our surprise, the duty manager offer us a free upgrade to Deluxe room. Cool !!! Guess how to keep you etertained? Let you walk around the hotel lobby and you are exploring every corner of the hotel.

We only able to get into the room around 12:30pm since we need to let the housekeeping lady to tidy up the room for us. As soon as we get into our room, you gets so excited, keep running around in the room. We quickly bath you and went down to the brassiere for lunch buffet.

Mummy took you some cauliflower and spaghetti, but you don’t seems enjoying both. When I tried on it, I realsied the cauliflower not soft enough for you, and the spaghetti is not as tasty as the one u used to eat in PSC. So mummy let you mess around while I enjoy my lunch. Halfway,while we were busy eating , you started to make noise. Time to sleep as you didn’t take your morning nap in the car. You kept asking ah kong to bring you to see the LRT train from the brassiere’s window. So ah kong quickly had his lunch and bring you out for a short walk meanwhile mummy and ah ma has few more rounds of food! YEAH!!

We went back to the room and I let you take your favourite “MILK!!”

and since ah ma is in our room and you kept playing with her even though u are very tired. So mummy has to “kick” ah ma back to her room and guess what, WITHIN 5 SECONDS, you doze off!!! You slept for around 1 hr then wake up, since ah ma sleep near to you and mummy sleep quite a distance from you, so when you look around, you didn’t notice me and you thought mummy is not around and you started to cry. Poor boy! After mummy hug you in my arm, you doze off again, until 1 hr later, wake up and cry again. This time, we didn’t pat you to sleep, we wake you up instead as we afraid if you sleep too much, we may end up counting star at night.

Initially daddy will have dinner with his friends and we will have dinner with ah kong’s friend, however, later, daddy decided to have dinner with us. YIPPIE!! With daddy around, means i can enjoy my dinner more peaceful.Daddy came back around 5:30pm, then we quickly take shower and off we went to The Mall for a quick shopping. It’s really a quick shopping since there isn’t anything to buy there! Mummy feel hungry and we decided to have a simple dinner at the food court meanwhile ah kong and ah ma accompany you walk around. Then we decided to go back to hotel lobby to wait for ah kong’s friend.

Ah kong’s friend pick us up around 7:30pm, and we went to Hokkaido for dinner……Yes..Hokkaido….not Hokkaido in Japan, but Hokkaido seafood restaurant! Hahaha! We, including you enjoy the dinner so much! And since our hotel is next to LRT station and at the same time there is LRT station nearby the restaurant, so we decided to let you try on riding the LRT since every time you saw LRT from the hotel window, you feel excited!

You seems excited when we were in the LRT.

You even told us the LRT’s sound is “choooooooo”. There is only one stop from the restaurant to our hotel. And as soon as we get back to the room, we change you into your pajamas and tug you to the bed. Before that, mummy let you stand on the bed and enjoy the KL night view. You keep saying “deng” (light). Daddy said better don’t let you see for too long else every night you will request him to carry you by the window to see night view. HAHAHA! As soon as we put you on the bed, do the routine job which is story telling and sing song, very fast, you doze off. Must be very tired! And daddy and mummy also go into our dreamland at the same time.

Our initial plan is to bring you to Aquaria in KLCC, but since you slept from 3 til 5pm, and we have dinner appointment at 7:30pm, so no chance to go to KLCC. Anyhow, I do enjoy our day 1 in KL even though we only spend time in hotel!
